Mijn familie. For example: Mijn familie woont in Nederland. (My family lives in the Netherlands.)

What is the difference between 'vrouw' and 'echtgenote'?

Both mean 'wife', but echtgenote is the formal/official word (used on forms, in official contexts). Vrouw is the everyday word. Note: vrouw also simply means 'woman'.
